Shipping Details:
- The standard delivery charge amount is PKR 149/-
- Enjoy free shipping on orders above PKR 1999.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
- Normally, shipping time is 3 to 4 working days.
Returns Process:
- Products can be returned within 7 days if not opened or damaged.
- Customers are only responsible for the total shipping charges.
- To initiate a return, send an email with your order ID, reason for the return, and account details for the transfer of your payment. Then send this address: G-77, Site Super Highway, Phase II, Karachi, Pakistan.
- Once we receive your product, we will return your amount to your given account via email.
